First Impression [5/7]: I though this was your layout at a first glance. The graphics are pretty, though a little rough... probably try saving in a different format than jpg. Some missing images on the splash too.
Navigation [5/10]: Simple enough. The font used on the graphic at that size and in that format might be a little hard to read for some people. I don't like how you have the affiliates/projects graphics so dark you can't read them and then they flash at you when you mouse over. It's not very aesthetically pleasing to the eye, frankly. Also, why is your "current art" at the bottom of every page?
Layout/Splash page [14/20]: It's pretty, just what I mentioned before about the format. It has some pixelation/blurring and the font isn't very crisp and clear. The layout is a regular layout, not much variance on the norm for personal pages lately. Your tagboard should be made as to not have a scroll bar, maybe make the font a bit smaller. Like I said, I also don't like how most of your graphics are darkened beyond recognition so that you must mouse-over to get a decent look before clicking.
Graphics [5/10]: Nice, again what I mentioned about formats. A lot of your graphics seem to be like that.
Originality/Content: [18/28]: The usual for personal sites. Your poetry is pretty nice though and you have a different layout for that. Maybe have it open in a new window? You don't have any samples for your "visitor graphics" section; that would be a nice addition. I like the wallpapers - mostly LotR themed. I can tell from that and the layout you like that genre of fantasy.
Errors/Spelling: [9/10]: None that I could see - just those two missing images from the splash.
Overall [7/10]: Though it's pretty and it would keep me there for a bit, it's not very interesting. Leave the focus on content, now that you have a decent grasp on design.
